I own some rural acreage (land) and don't want to list and pay commissions and the hassles of selling with a Realtor. Do you buy off-market, with cash, with no fees?Regardless of the type; a home or a parcel of land, you can count on us to purchase with cash, off-market, privately between the 2 of us. Never will there be fees involved. Plus, we pay for the closing costs incurred by the title company! But keep in mind, you are responsible for the property taxes, prorated up to the date of the sale. We must have a title policy, which is typically paid by the seller. A survey will be needed and if you have the survey created when you purchased the property, it might suffice as to avoid paying for a new one.
